WIN CONDITIONS

There are a number of win conditions, or game styles, in Allegiance. The game owner can select just one win condition or combine various win conditions to create unique games and allow the opportunity for many game styles to be tried. The win conditions are set in the Game Settings screen when creating a game.

Conquest --The first team that owns all other enemy stations wins. If a Conquest game is played with a Countdown setting as well, whichever team makes the most progress toward the goal of Conquest by the time the Countdown has expired is the winner.

Countdown --The winning team is based on the victory conditions picked for the game. The first conditions in the game state pane are the first tested to determine a winner, and so on in order of the conditions. Most number of kills and least number of deaths are always used if no other condition determines a winner.

Deathmatch --The first team that reaches the specified number of kills as a total wins. The required kills can be set in increments from 5 to 100.

Prosperity --The first team that gathers a specified amount of money wins. A Prosperity game means you need to invest your money in the Reinforcement tech item in your Investment display and then successfully develop it to win. Once you invest in the Reinforcement item, it is considered that the Reinforcements have come and you have won the game. The settings in the Game Settings screen are Low, Medium, and High. A Low setting is 50% of the standard money goal, Medium is 75% of the standard money goal, and High is 100% of the money goal.

Territory --The game ends when one side has sole control of 75% of the map's sectors. Sole control is defined as having a station in the sector and the other side does not.

Artifacts --The first team that retrieves the most artifacts scattered throughout neutral sectors and returns them to their bases wins.

Flags --The first team that retrieves the specified number of enemy-colored flags and returns them to their own home sector wins. The flags are found in various sectors, usually enemy sectors. You want to return the flags that are not in the color of your team and protect the flags that are in your team's color.
